Wilbur provides a modular and connectable ecosystem of products and solutions for leading insurance businesses in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa — enabling seamless user experiences at scale that get customers’ lives back to normal faster.

Wilbur is led in the United States by Robin Roberson, Wilbur’s Managing Director of North America.

Roberson has over 25 years’ experience in sales and building businesses, most recently as co-founder and President of Goose & Gander, a boutique consultancy firm, and partner at BuildArray, a no-code risk management and operations platform. Roberson was also co-founder and CEO of WeGoLook, an on-demand field inspection provider.

Roberson said: “It’s an exciting time to usher in a new era of collaborative, progressive solutions to the US market. With Wilbur, we can accelerate the growth of a truly open marketplace that empowers customers to build solutions that fit their unique needs.”

The Claim Central USA brand will be retired and the business will be known as Wilbur moving forward. “Our strategic journey to bring cohesion to our platforms and products began 12 months ago and we’re excited to launch the unified brand. We’re all about connection, flexibility, and modularity – and the new brand is a reflection of that mentality.”

Wilbur’s flagship offering, Claim Suite, is a modular and connectable ecosystem of products and solutions that includes Wilbur Claims Manager, Wilbur Connect, Wilbur Live (powered by Livegenic), Wilbur Repair and Wilbur Inspect.
